Pineapple Mango & Banana Smoothie

mmmmm tropical smoothie for breakfast? I say yes!

This smoothie is super easy to make. Really you only need 4 ingredients, but if you’d like to spice it up with some super-foods then I’ve got the perfect recipe for you.

Smoothies are a great way to start your morning off. Fruit is easily digested by the body, so after drinking your water in the morning, this is a more gentle approach for your body to get started with your daily digestion.

Fruit provides an abundance of energy, and it’s deliciously sweet!

They’re also super quick to make and are perfect for on the go.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of turmeric

 

Blend all together and enjoy this tropical treat!
